Magical Creatures Magical creatures are an integral part of the wizarding world. Some are benign and friendly, while others are dangerous and deadly. A "being" is generally defined as "any creature that has sufficient intelligence to understand the laws of the magical community and to bear part of the responsibility in shaping those laws." This includes humans, dwarves, house elves, giants, goblins, hags, veelas, and vampires. Fairies, pixies, gnomes, and most other creatures are classified as "beasts." Affairs related to ghosts are relegated to the Spirit Division. These definitions are not without problems: Werewolves and Animagi are typically in human form but may transform into animals. (A werewolf transforms from the human state only at the full moon, but an Animagus is a human who has learned to transform into an animal at will.) Their classification needs to be clarified, and offices responsible for werewolves exist in both the Beast and Being Divisions. Dangerous creatures such as Banshees and Dementors have never been officially classified. In addition, some sentient creatures such as centaurs, leprechauns and merpeople have been controversially rejected from the "being" status in favour of "beast" status. List of Magical Creatures that can be created.Vampires.Were-creatures.Veelas.Giants.Centaurs.

Vampires The word "vampire" is said to have originated from the Slavic word "upir," meaning "demon" or "evil spirit." One of the earliest recorded accounts of vampirism comes from ancient Greece, where the Lamia were said to be female spirits who preyed on children. In medieval Europe, stories of the undead and blood-sucking creatures became more prevalent, and people began to believe that the dead could rise from their graves and attack the living. Vampires are among the most famous creatures of the night, creatures with fangs and a desire for the crimson nectar of life: blood. While they drink blood to survive, where they get it can vary. Some are daring enough to be ruthless and hunt the living where they risk exposing their clans and cultures. The Elders won't tolerate such behaviour and they won't offer any reasoning, sentencing the inexperienced daring vampires to death. They are associated with beauty, sex appeal, soothing voices, and amazing wardrobes, to name a few, and yet they are often depicted as having a wide range of supernatural abilities, including superhuman strength, speed, agility, and reflexes. They are also known for their ability to regenerate quickly from injuries, possess enhanced senses, and have the power to control the minds of others. Some elder vampires are also believed to have the power to shapeshift into other forms, such as bats, owls, foxes, or wolves, to name just a few. Further, down the generations, the more commonly found vampires have fewer abilities. Still, they will always keep supernatural skills, including beauty, sex appearance, soothing voices, superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, their ability to regenerate quickly from injuries, enhanced senses, and the power to control the minds of others are the critical components to being a vampire to lure prey and feed; basic vampiric survival. Sanguinarian Elder Vampires are among the first and second generations of vampires. They were made up of Sumerians and Praxians and were known for enslaving humanity to feed and bathe in their blood. Ruthlessness was the only game these vampires knew and loved: blood, entrails, screams and destruction. Those who turned into vampires to join the ranks of the elite saw things differently, and thus the creation of Antediluvian Elders rose to power over the centuries. As they grew in numbers, laws, order, and sense began entering the vampire world. Power and resources began to separate among thirteen very different clan leaders. Sanguinarian elders went into a state of deep slumber as Antediluvians took over the vampire world. Antediluvians are the founding members of the Sanguinarian Masquerade, and all vampires, regardless of rank, must answer to the rules and laws of the Masquerade. Antediluvian Elder Vampires are known as the third generation of vampire clans. Their name signifies that they were created before the biblical 'great flood.' Their name also exaggerates how ancient and outdated they can be classified. While Antediluvian Elders are known for their age and blood potency, they host the most significant incalculable powers. Some have even become known as deities, but most lay in slumber and wake only after a few hundred thousand years to feed, explore and learn the new world and return to their slumber. Methuselah Elder Vampires are the fourth and fifth generations of vampire clans. They are incredibly powerful and have lived for hundreds or even thousands of years. They have accumulated knowledge and experience over their long lives and access to many abilities they have honed. However, they are less potent than their Antediluvian or Sanguinarian Elder counterparts. Despite their power, they must still follow the Masquerade's rules and laws, just like all other vampires.
